To get to Cedar Lodge, take Rt. 421/80 East (toward Hyden) when you get off the Manchester Exit of the Hal Rogers Parkway. This will be a right turn just before Wendy's. In 4 miles you will pass Rt. 149 on your left and then the Lockards Creek Fire Company on your right. The road will crest a hill in about 3/10 of a mile. The next part is a little tricky so please SLOW DOWN and put on your right turn signal at the top of the hill. The turn off drops steeply off the main highway and is one lane, so you must watch for oncoming traffic coming up from the bottom.

Again, at the crest of the hill on RT 421, signal right and slow down to make the right turn between the break in the guard rail onto Chat Branch Road. Turn right at the bottom of the hill and follow the hard road back across the Goose Creek Bridge. Cedar Lodge is at the top of the third driveway to the left. A sign marks the turn. There are two houses on the same drive below us. Come on up to the top and park at the sign for the entrance.
