2009 Rates are:

A downstairs room, with full size bed, that shares a bath is $45 per night, $125 per week or $450 per month; and includes access to our first floor living, kitchen and dining areas. Our efficiency apartment on the second floor with private bath is $55 per night, $175 per week, $625 per month. The apartment has a full size bed. Tax, if lodging for less than a month at a time, is not included. 

  • Cash and personal checks accepted.
  • Check-in time from 3:00 to 7:00pm and checkout by noon.
  • Please let us know if you have any special requests and we will do our best to accomodate you.
  • Smoking is permitted OUTSIDE and on the smoking porch only.
  • Clay County is a “dry county”, but you are welcome to bring your own alcohol. If so, please drink responsibly.
